My first real axe

I purchased this axe at the estate sale of a friend of my Grandfather last Friday for $2. I spent the weekend refinishing and putting a new handle on. There are several tutorials on blade forums I found very helpful. If anyone could identify the maker or an approximate age it would be greatly appreciated.

Council Tools. Pretty modern, though I haven't figured out the dates for that stamp. I have a Dayton with the same stamp. Looks really good!

The stamp is a Council Tool, Jersey pattern. Very good axes.
