I "acquired" a Small Insingo in bad shape and hope to get it into useable condition. It appears the Bushing, Stop Sleeve, and Spacer are in need of replacing. The remainder of the knife looks ok (useable).
I KNOW THIS HAS BEEN ASK NUMEROUS TIMES BUT, HOW LONG IS TURNAROUND?

I've never sent a knife in for repair till now. In anycase, I still have my trusty Small Micarta Insingo at hand.:)
 
I believe the standard answer is 4-8 weeks. Mine have usually taken all of that, but some have received very fast turn around. If you call you might get a more precise answer from them.
 
CRK received my large Insingo for new hardware on May 24 and I haven't heard anything from them yet....but it's only been 5 weeks. They guesstimated turn around time of 4-8 weeks.
 
I sent in my large Insingo two weeks ago - I'm not expecting to hear back from them until week 8 :o)

Although I've sent in a knife early last year and got it back way before week 4.
