I'm not sure exactly which post it was, but someone had some photos of a Scaninavian knife and it really caught my attention. Since then I have been wearing out the search function trying to learn about them. So with the confidence that usually goes with ignorance, I set out to buy one (or should I say 4). My first was a Helle Fjelkniven followed by a Brusletto NorgesKniven. I liked those so well I decided to pick up a Mora Crafline Allround and a Marttiini M571. All four knives arrived incredibly sharp and feel very good in the hand, especially the Helle. These things are like potato chips ... you can't have just one.
