Hello all!
This is my first post here in the CRK Forum and I just wanted to show off my new baby. It's been a good week for me, I've finally been able to get the two EDC items that I've been lusting after for a good long while. A large BG-42 Sebenza and a Ti McLux PD! My Sebbie looks to have been used a bit by the previous owner, but it's nothing that a trip to CRK can't fix. Anyway, just thought I'd share this with you all...:D

Thanks! The only thing that would make this knife perfect, is if it were a lefty... I'm a southpaw, but I just couldn't pass this knife up. Hopefully, I'll get lucky and track one down...:)

The Ti McLux PD is the titanium flashlight next to my Sebbie. It's a titanium custom made flashlight that has a pretty big following on a certain "Light" forum that I frequent.

Whats the typical turn around time for CRK when sending a knife in for a "tune up"? I'm thinking that I'd like to have the scales and clip re-bead blasted and the blade re-tumbled and sharpened. Another question, is it possible to have this converted over to a lefty? I'm left handed and typically carry knives on my left side, although I do sometimes carry on my right side as well. I just don't think it would be very easy to find another BG-42 Sebbie large or small in a left hand configuration...

Turn around is usually 10 days to two weeks, I'd call to confirm.

I do not think it can be converted to a lefty, but keep your eyes open.

I like the older bg-42 models better than the new ones from the last 5 or so years. Good find.
