I finally broke down and bought a small sebenza "Flag":D I'm impressed and that's tuff for me to say I'm real picky. This is to be my new EDC.

Here is where I need help. I want a belt sheath but I don't care for the ones CRK sells. I do like the pouch it came with but don't see carying the pouch every day. Can some of you post pics of sheaths you have made or have had made? I'm looking for somthing that can be horizontal carry and made of soft supple leather, it doesn't have to have a flap but needs to be pretty secure.

Enlighten me please:D

Here is a picture of two flap sheaths that I had Lifter4Him (Dave) make for me for a large Classic 2000. These are designed to be worn horizontally and have a slight upward cant. Dave also makes them without a flap and his price and turnaround time is great. His web page is located here. Others will also probably chime in here with some pictures of Gary Graley's sheaths, which also look outstanding. IMHO if you don't want the factory sheath, there is no reason to look further than these two individuals when selecting a Sebenza sheath.

I got it from macvsog a fellow forumite, a easy transaction and a great knife.

I have an identical sheath to Greg's from Lifter. It would be hard to beat what Dave is producing! Gary aka G2 is Dave's mentor so I will leave it at that!:D

You won't go wrong with either.

Raden you lucky dog you:D . Any chance you can post some pics of the Sebbie to tide me over until mine arrives?

Thanks,

Bucky

Thanks:) Looks like the angle of the photograph makes all the difference. The pic on the CRK site looks much more brilliant.

Can't wait until I get mine.:)
