just received my first sebenza-raindrop CGG. it's really beautiful. the pattern is amazing and the blade is very fine and absolutely centered, no wigglling in any directions.the only thing bugs me a little bit is that the lockup is about 80 percent, hope it won't develop with time since the service from CR is not convenient for me(i live in China).anyway ,sebenza is the highest quality knife i ever had. i bet this would not be my only sebenza, actually right now , i am starting looking forward to the wood inlay one, wish i could stop my steps. here are some pics below, hope you guys enjoy them.

thank you all.
here is a thing, i found out that the stop pin has been rotated a slight angle before i got this sebie so that i can observe the old sign which the tang marked on the stop pin, it made a flat on the round surface of the pin, like a long-time-wear mark, but i bought this sebbie new from an authorized dealer, by any chance it is sent out from the factory like this? if i ask cr for a new stop pin would they offer me that for free? the rest of crk is perfact to me.:)
thank you all.

Welcome to the club! Good pic on a graphic as your first one. I always feel a graphic makes the best "first"

Beautiful knife! Love the raindrop CGG. Where in China do you live? Congrats on your first CRK!

Looks great! My Umnumzaan has similar lockup. I haven't had it for too long yet, but the lockup isn't moving at all thus far.

Not as long a distance as you think my friend! My mother lives in Tianjin, I was there this year and last year and visited her often on the weekends while I was working in Beijing! My mother is in the Tanggu district. Below is a picture of me at the port of Tianjin. I am back in the USA now, but I will be coming to China again soon! It's great to know another CRK enthusiast from a familiar area! Maybe one day, you can show me this beautiful knife in person!

zaan uses the ceramic ball for the lock different from the sebenza, but crks are all solid lock knives. wont worry about that.

Yes! I'll be back in a matter of months, and will be living there for about 3 months again. I think I will actually be bringing one or two knives, just shipping to myself. 3 months is too long for me to be without a blade in pocket. We will definitely meet up my friend, under the condition that you allow me to buy you dinner and drinks!

thank you all.

Congrats on your first (of many) sebbie. They are the best knives for the money. Interesting about the stop pin. If it were my knife I would take it apart and turn the stop pin so that part can't be seen. Call up CRK and tell them the situation. I am sure they will take care of you. Congrats again.
