Just got my first Sharpfinger via our favorite internet auction house. $20 and change plus shipping. Brown Delrin, carbon blade, horizontal handle belt. It was advertised as used, I was looking for a user. However it's near mint. The blade has never been sharpened and no scratches. The sheath is like new, except for a little scarring at the tip, not enough to bother me. Brown stitching.
While I knew the length of these beauties, I was kind of surprised at how small they are. That's not a problem for me, just an observation. I have a fair sized paw, but it sits nicely in my hand. My wife picked it up and handled it and said "So Cuuute!" So now I guess I'm going to have to buy another one for her. Or me. Bummer
Well anyway, it's going to get sharpened and used. I like the compact size, a handy little knife that I will carry often.
So, no point to this announcement except that I am happy with my purchase and really like the little devil.
I also think that this knife and sheath are a classic design. If it's not already in the Smithsonian Institution collection for modern design, it should be. Yeah, I know, Im preaching to the choir
