Hey guys!

My name is Henrik, been around here for a while. 20 years old boy from Norway.

I've just made my first sheath, i think it turned out pretty ok, not perfect, but good enough for now.

It fits very snug and nice, a bit too tight around the blade perhaps. Got some scratches on the blade. Soft steel or what?

Second is that the rivets i used was just a tad too short, but i smacked them in so the backside is curled in the kydex, so it wont come loose. (see the pictures)

If you see on the first pic, close to the knife handle on the sheath, theres a grey area where i had to sand it down, held a lighter there for too long so melted some of the outer on the kydex, not a big issue just looks a bit "unfinished"

I used a strap i got when i was in the military for belt attachment. Works well!

Would love to get some comments on my work :) I have more kydex so i plan to do more sheaths in the next days :) Planning on a blazing orange one for my ESEE Izula.

Looks great for a first try! Wrapping the blade in a couple layers of tape will help make it fit a little looser so try that next time. :D

Great job and very functional looking. Adaman04 has it right, wrap the blade with a couple layer of masking tape and it will form up a bit looser.
