This is my first post as a member of the Forums so, Hello!
I just wanted to share the first sheath (Holstex) I made for my new knife.
I got the Zero Tolerance 0100 for my B-Day on June 07 & wanted to make a custom sheath for it, I chose Holstex for the "Carbon Fiber" look.. I think it turned out okay!?
I only used hand tools to make it.. some sandpaper, a file & a Coping Saw. I couldn't figure out what shape I wanted to make it, so I decided to just mimic the blade shape.
Sorry about the pic quality, or lack there of.. it's a tablet camera & the only thing I have for taking pics right now!
Here are a few shots, I still have to get a Tek-Lok or a couple IWB Loops for it. I spaced the first two holes 1" on center for a small Tek-Lok, the second and third holes are spaced 1 1/2" on center to for a large Tek-Lok and repeated.. O<-1"->O<-1 1/2->O<-1"->O<-1 1/2"->O.
