This is my first attempt at making a sheath. I read a few tutorials on the net, but I was basicly learining as I went. I used Kydex and an old Hibben Claw. I made some custom scales for the Claw, also a first for me. The blade is still ruff, I'm still trying to decided how to finish it. But basicly I'm using the Claw because if i screw it up, I won't care. I'll never carry this knife, it's illegal in Mass. Just something to practice on. I had no power tools, so everything took a little longer than it should have. The sheath came out better than I expected, it has a really tight fit, with a nice snap when the blade goes in and out. Here are a few pics.

It works pretty well. The screw below the handle controls the tension, so i can crank it down so tight that its hard to draw, or back off a bit so its easier. Being able to control the tension with that screw was purly accidental, that was not my intention. But im not complaining. :)
