Hello Everyone. I am new to this excellent forum but have already been "bitten" by all of the eye watering knives...so thought I would send a quick shot of my first slipjoint knives which just arrived. I have a fear this forum is going to make my wallet lighter.

Take Care,
Mike

Oh man those are awful you should send them to me for proper disposal.... just kidding that 54 is a real looker i like the hounds tooth shield.

Welcome Mike.

I use the forum instead of a 3rd party site. So much easier. Just check out the media section here. I just hit the black chain image (not sure what it is called) and insert the img code.

Beautiful knives. You'll like it here.

Mike, those are three very good selections for your first Traditional knives. Welcome to the forum and a "Lighter Wallet!" :D

Welcome aboard to the best forum on the web. Nice choices for breaking the ice:thumbsup:

Great looking knives, you're off to a good start. The 54 is a big knife and those two full sized blades are up for most any task. :)

Those are three great knives, Mike! An excellent start to your slipjoint collection. Welcome to the forum.

Welcome to the porch, Mike. :)
Is your Buck the 301 or 303?
Thank you very much. The Buck is a 301 and I plan to rotate it with the GEC #54 as my EDC. There is just something about the feel of the 301 that makes me happy!
Have a great day.
Mike

I greatly appreciate everyone's very kind and warm welcome as well as the advice and compliments! It is fantastic to find such a great community of folks. I fear I'm already thinking about the next purchase...where did I put that rainy day stash of cash?

Have a great day everyone!
Mike

Don't buy another one until you wear out that 301. That'll help you with your budget.
