my first spyderco I like

So, the waved delica happens to be the first spyderco I like, time will tell if I love it.

Not that I've had many spyderco's, but I had an endura, and honestly it turned me away... The handle didn't fit right in my hand, the frn felt cheap... But I've gotten into waved folders, and wanted a cheaper, smaller option than Emersons or other waved knives, so I decided to give spyderco another chance, and it payed off! The light weight-ness of the delica is awesome, and it fills a niche for me.

Anyone else like the waved delica?

Never was a huge Delica fan but I recently picked up a lil Matriarch, which shares the same handle, and I am in love!

I started with the Endura many many moons ago, and that knife also turned me away from Spyderco....for 20 years. The more recent models....well, I can't get enough of them.

There will be others you will like, just give it some time.

Endura was my first and I too found that it didn't fit my hand well.

But the Delica, Salt, and Native fit perfect.

I guess I just prefer the size of the endura. But like I said, the reverse S of the lil Matriarch really works for me in the Delica sized package.

If the Endura was is too big. I recommend getting a Stretch. Its a little smaller than the Endura. Picked up a VG-10 one for under $80 from the Exchange.
