As soon as I get some zip ties, I'm putting them on this thing. A little bigger than I expected though. It came sharp enough to slice through paper with no tears

Looking good. Not only is the VG-10 sharp, but that green is sharp too.
I like a short lanyard on mine. About a inch or so long.

Yup...you're doomed. I'll warn you now about EWS (Empty Wallet Syndrome), it's a common ailment than one can catch after acquiring any Spyderco product. They're all proven to be a leading cause of EWS...thought I'd warn you now, though it's probably already progressed to an incurable state, even if you don't yet realise it.

I'm a sucker for anything thing green and that is a great shade of green there. Super choice, both the knife and color.

What does the lanyard do ?

If it is braided 550 paracord you can unravel it when you need a short piece of rope to tie something down or back together. Very strong stuff but you probably already know that.

A chance to add an individual touch to your knife to make it one of a kind and all like that.

I don't use lanyards but I have a paracord bracelet in my EDC somewhere. I put it on if I might fall in a creek and be swept way and have to survive in the wild . . . well perhaps I jest . . . but handy stuff. Fun to braid and screw around with.

With everything said, this thing rides almost TOO well in my pocket. I keep forgetting it's there

I'm going to be broke, aren't I?

Congrats on a nice knife. Yes you are going to be broke. I fell into this rabbit hole earlier this year and can't stop researching my next purchase. Enjoy the ride and look for a 2nd job. :D

I love my Delica 4. Grey frn with ffg. It disappears in my pocket. And when I go running, I clip it to the waistband of my athletic shorts and I end up forgetting its there! Can take some heavy use for how light it is.
