I have been wanting to try out A Spyderco for a while so I got a paramilitary 2 for Christmas, after playing with it got a couple days I really like it, probably my only complaint so far is your not allowed to take them apart if you wanna keep the warranty, but I knew that going in. Its a great knife with a smooth opening, tight lock up, and a razor sharp blade. But that's probably not new info to any of yall.

Couldn't have picked a better one to start off the madness :D

Please post pics when you have the chance

Congrats on your first Spydie. Without of doubts you got one of the best.
I am not sure if you are correct about taking apart and voiding warranty. I beleive that Spyderco will not cover damage to the knife due to improper disassembly. So for me it sound like no damage, no problem.

I have to agree with bh49, you got a nice one to start the addiction. Put a drop of Nano oil, Rem oil, your favorite reel oil etc. on the pivot it becomes smother then a sebbie. Enjoy!

I believe any disassemble will void your warranty put with it's flow through construction it is very easy to clean, and others are right you couldn't of picked a better knife to be your first spyderco, when mine gets dirty, all i do is take a cotton swap and clean out the lint or dirt and oil, If it's too dirty just run it under some water and open and close the knife will under water or under the running water, if it's still dirty send it in spyderco has a spa service and will clean it for you and you get to keep your warranty. Welcome to the addiction, now the pm2 jst needs a few friends and youll be good to go, you cant own just 1 spydie.
