I recently received my first Spyderco, an Endura from Blade HQ. I was able to handle a Delica at one of those big hunting/fishing/outdoorsy type stores and it felt great in my hand, but I thought I'd opt for It's bigger brother, and I'm glad I did. One small gripe first though. After opening the package and inspecting the knife, I noticed what appeared to be glue on the blade near the SpydieHole. It wasn't like an Elmer's type glue, but like a clear packaging type glue. That kind of put a bad taste in my mouth until I started to actually use the Endura (the glue has since gone away with use). Cutting through boxes with this thing is awesome. The Endura feels sooooo comfortable in my hand when cutting. It seems to glide through the material. I thought I wouldn't really care for the jimping, but it actually felt comfortable. Another thing I like is the retention on the pocket clip. I'm not worrying about it falling out of my pocket or anything like that. One thing that did make me hesitant in getting the Endura in the first place was that it was a mid-lock (that's what It's called right?). I really like to be able to close my knives with one-hand and I thought I wouldn't be able to do it with the Endura, but I was able to get a technique down with the help of another member (thank-you!). After those couple hiccups, I've fallen' in love with the Endura. I've carried it every day since receiving it and I will be for awhile.
Now, done with my rambling and on with some pics.

Some comparison pics with a full-sized Griptilian.
