For the past several days I've been carrying and playing with my first ever strider - an SnG CC with ghost stripe finished blade. This knife is captivating me in ways no other knife has - I'm absolutely intrigued.

I'm planning on working on a review later this week - here's the first studio photos I've done:

these pics just sold me on ghost stripes...... this damn forum spends so much of my money  :o

I was never a big fan of Strider or the "tiger stripe" finish. Then I came around to liking the shape and looked FOREVER for one that was stone washed (plain). Finally, I got to see some photos of the ghost stripe and something just "clicked" - I think it looks really nice with the CC G10 finish.

my " grail sng " is a black lego, flamed ti and stone washed blade . but i never see them in stock. i really want a stonewashed finnish because i have problems with rust. i leave my knife in my pocket and put my firefighter "bunker" pants and jacket on over my pants with the knife in them and i always find rust because of my sweat.

Striders a great knives and I've enjoyed each one that I have owned - good to see you jumped in

cool.
Strider took the folding knife to another level.

They sure did.
I love my Sng GG.

It too has tiger stripes. They have faded nicely with use. I wouldn't want them on another brand of folder but they work on the 'real deal'.

After several years of use, I still put my Sng in my top folders list. What a great design.
