as an artist leather carving and stamping is something ive always wanted to try, my lovely better half bought me the basic stamp set and some of the kit projects, a leather pouch sheath, key fob and a belt.
i finally got around to trying it, much harder than i had thought... probably over worked these a bit as they arent all that thick but i think they turned out okay, the key fob was my first, and the standard flower design in the book, the pouch sheath was just a quick original sketch then got to work:) Like anything the more i do it i should get better, neater line work and cleaner stamping
anyway thought i'd share, critiques always welcome

Not bad at all. :)

You mentioned overworking, that is one of the hardest things go get away from. Its so difficult to decided when to put the tools down and stop messing with it.

Well done. There's definitely some talent there. :D

thanks for the kind words guys, and yes i suppose this was my "no holds barred leather freakout":D
enthusiasm trumped restraint a little bit:)
thanks again
