Greetings,

This is my first post to the Blade Forums site so I thought I'd start with my first custom knives received this week. The kitchen knife is made from "Blue Super" steel and the neck knife from "White Steel". They are beautifully made and unbelievably sharp. Hope you like them.

I've heard that Hitachi white steel is just fantastic. I would like to try some out some day. Nice knives you got there!

beautiful knives! Looks like they are both San Mai: what are they clad with, if you don't mind me asking?

Congrats! Japanese Blue steel is one of my all time favorite steels, hands down. The santoku will treat you right for years to come (as will the neck knife!).

Nice knives. I have one of his neck knives in white steel and it's a great little knife.

Beautiful! I just bought one of his high-grade wabocho knives as a gift, and I've been carrying one of his ironwood neck knives for almost a year. Enjoy yours!
