All I've ever owned were production pieces and maybe a limited edition or two but I just could no longer resist. I bought two customs in one week. The first is a very modest titanium knife which I believe is the first Greg ever made in this style. With a 3" blade and affordable cost it makes for a very nice EDC. The Quest Knives Kaiwian ...
The second knife was made by Allen Elishewitz. He informed me that this was a "One Off" and that he almost never makes a knife with a full Timascus layover. He stated that almost all of his knife handles are only in part, Timascus, such as the bolsters. I'm a watch collector and by far watches are my number one hobby. So when I read that the knife scale style was called "Cotes De Geneve", well I just had to have it. Though I doubt this will ever make it into my EDC rotation, I surely do love starring at it.
