My First Two Randalls

I started collecting Randalls at a very early age, 15 long befor I knew how grate a knife they were. I saw my first one on a cover of an hunting magazine.They were Bowie and an Arknnsas Toothpick, so I order the bowie

jurT: Thanks for the feedback. The modle 12 Smithsonion was ordered in 1959, and if memory serve, I thank I received it in a little over a year an I think the price was $50.00, so I have it for about 46 years. and the Arkansas Toothpick was ordered in 1969, and I think the price was $75.00
 
Really really nice !!!!!.

I also have a model 12 Smithsonion (my only Randall). It took 15 months and cost A hole lot more and worth every penny.

mr boone, i met you at mt.view at a hammer in and have talked to you over the phone ,i have tried to send you emails but had no luck,i have a new camera and may could send you some pictures.
if you dont remember my knife looks like the model 18 but longer,and is stamped 20 on top with 1 underneath on the buttcap you ask about the snaps,and they are smooth.
 
Circle G, Yes I Remember You, The Last We Met Was In Lr. Ar. At A Cutting Demo. If You Can Not Get Your New Camera To Work. You Might Try Your Scanner, That's How I Take Most Of My Photos Theses Days. Just Leave The Top Up And Cover Your Knife With A Thin Piece Of Material. Tan Or White Works Best For Me. My Avatar Of An Eric Barnes Damascus Drop Point Was Taken With A Scanner.
