Hey everybody ! I've been lurking here for sometime now, and the bug has bitten me hard ! These are my first two knives, sorry for the poor quality pictures. Both are 1/4" O-1, flat ground with tapered tangs. OAL 8.5".
The handles are black linen micarta and olive canvas micarta, with black fiber liners. The heat treat was done by Rob at knifemaker.ca. I'd like to thank everyone on bladeforums, especially my friend Stuart Branson, for their inspiration and wealth of information ! I hope to have many more in the future to share ! Thanks for looking.

Hey Shant! Way to go on posting these. I'm proud of you buddy and damn these are nice work. Very original and extremely well made. You'd never guess that these were your first 2 knives EVER!!!:thumbup::thumbup::thumbup::thumbup:

No apology needed on the pics, they are really good.

Wait until you guys see the 3rd one which I have for sheath work. Padauk scales with Wenge liners. Same design but bigger and the blade with more belly. Very nice!!

well done for first knives or even later. I like the second one the best re the blade and the grind lines but prefer the first handle. One idea you might consider -- bring the grind from edge to spine out of where the handle touches the blade. Would seem to be more aesthetically pleasing. The flow of the lines look very similar as to what Thomas Haslinger does.
