So I've wanted a ZT350 for a while now but for the price I was kinda weary about getting one and actually carrying it for fear of losing it. It's been a few years since I've lost a knife, and I did find it later, but for that much of an investment I'm going to be overly cautious. Enter Kershawyguy.com and the factory blems. $85 is almost twice as much as I've ever spent on an EDC folding knife but still a lot easier to swallow than $120. So I ordered one I think last thursday and today this was in my mailbox.

And I was like:

There's a small spot in front of the jimping on the spine of the blade where the finish chipped off. No big deal. At first I was a little worried about no warranty but it occured to me that in over 15 years of owning and carrying knives I've never once broke one. Now if I can just find a good deal on a ZT0700...

Congrats man, the 0350 was my first zt as well and then the 0200.... and then 0300... now 0560............ haha the bug will continue, you will love your new ZT!

Honestly I'm not sure I've caught the ZT bug. It's a nice knife, I'm happy with it, but I can't see myself paying full price for one and I sure as heck will never spend $300 on a knife. And the only other ZT that I have the hots for is the 0700 anyway.

I was looking at ordering a knockout when I heard about the kershawguy blems so I'll probably order a Knockout next paycheck and maybe a One Ton about the same time.

That is a great choice, I carry that exact model as a backup while at work. Mine has a ton of use, has never let me down, and shows almost no wear.

Nice! The 0350 was my first as well a few weeks ago. I'm already looking for my next ZT.

The 0350 is great knife. I've been scoping out that limited orange G10 one lately. Nice to change it up a little.

Now that you've got your 0350 you can embark on modding it! The first two pics are my regrind turning a 0350 into a 0360.

That tiger-stripe 0350 looks great. The 0350 was my first ZT as well. I wasn't sure if I would like the overbuilt feel of a ZT. Basically the 0350 looked like a Blur on steroids - beefier blade, thicker liners, G10 scales, and a flipper. So, I figured it was a fairly safe entry into the ZT line. Well, it definitely left an impression, as I now have half a dozen other ZT's.
