Well, after lurking on the Busse forums here for a very long time, I finally broke down and purchased my first Busse. I tried snagging a knife off the forum but they don't seem to stay for sale very long here. So, I got in line at the company store and waited. I'd like to add that my experience dealing with the folks at Busse has been great. Amy is a pleasure to deal with.

When I first started lurking here, I used to think all of you folks were just nuts. The dialogue that goes on around this forum is so different than the others. I convinced myself that I needed to buy a Busse and try it just to prove that the knife couldn't be as special as most would say. Well my LEBAT arrived today and all I can say is WOW! This knife feels great in the hand in any grip for me and has almost perfect balance. I've only had time to cut some card board but am very impressed with the factory edge. I'll try attaching a pic but apologize for the very poor quality (of my picture) ahead of time.

I now understand what all you guys have been saying. The LEBAT is one of the best knives I own and I'll probably have this one forever! Thanks to the great folks at Busse for crafting this knife and the great customer service! You've got me, I'm hooked!

Still a problem with safari, firefox, internet explorer.... I'll try the photobucket option to see if that works. My apologies for the delay.

Congrats, I look forward to your pics. We require them in this forum ;)

I hope you post some more here, we are easy enough to get along with as long as you avoid Skunk, and Cobalt ;)
