I don't think I have shared these here yet. She started out as a stock 2006 Commander.

How the hell did you do that?!!! I also have a stock 2006 commander, the same blade style and color, and it would be nice to have a frame locked commander seeing as how bad ass yours looks and I'm sure the lock is a lot safer than the liner. What did you use for the materials if you don't mind sharing?
 
That looks really good, the textured Ti is a nice touch. not sure if i like the spacer though... still very nice. :thumbup:
 
This was done by a friend on another forum named Ferrrk. I'm not sure about all the details. Thanks for the comments.
 
That is fantastic. I love Emersons, I would love to see the CQC8, CQC15, and commander made in framelock versions. That way it would not void the warranty if something failed on the knife. I have never had a problem with my liner failing, but I dont have complete trust in them as "hard use knives" due to the liner locking system.
 
how much did that cost to get done? And does Ferrrk have any spair extras laying around for purchase? maybe he could replicate this and we swap money for parts and I'll put it together myself.
