A while back David of BuyBrown offered up
a bunch of sheaths for free to Veterans.
I messaged him and with his gratitude, sent me
a sheath for my time in the Navy.
I requested a sheath for my Skinny Ash1.
I never had one of his sheaths before and
let me tell you,
Its Great!
Fits like a glove, very smooth,no rough edges etc.
You can easily see this is a guy who
takes pride in his work.

I was planning on taking some "action" shots while out on a hike,
but that hasnt happened yet.
I want to show you all what his work looks like.

I shot them on a Cruise Book from a cruise I did
when I was in the Navy.

I was in VA-176 Attack Squadron.
We had A-6 Aircraft.
Bombers, also had at that time, the new IR Guidance system.
A kind of tv the navigator would look through. He could aim it where ever
and see in the dark.He would lock on the target and the bombs
would follow the target. Cool Stuff!
We could also configure the plane as a tanker
and refuel other jets.

There is a young fugawee in the lower left corner,
squatting down posing for the camera. (no idea what Im holding)
I was an Aviation Electrician and left with the rank of AE-5
I was one of the guys who would give a thumbs up or down
when one of our jets was on the catapult, that determined if I thought
it was safe for the jet to take off.
Fun times.

Again,
Thanks David for this great sheath!
Your generosity and support of our Troops is genuine and I hold you in high regard.
Thank You for your service in support.

Thanks for sharing  I think these pictures are cool.. wanted to join the Navy myself for a while, but things really picked up with civilian life, so I'm glad someone's showing some Navy memorabilia
