My Friend Can't Join This Forum

Hello,

My friend has been trying to join this forum for 5 days now.
Every time he types all his registration info out, he gets a message saying that the authentication server is not responding, or that he's a spammer.
I tried making an account for him as well from my computer and I got the same message.

Any help or advice would be greatly appreciated.

It might be his email address or the IP address is from a place that the security software is identifying as a problematic.
 
It might have flagged him as a spammer because of repeated attempts. As for why it failed in the first place, I don't know.

Try with a new email and from a different IP (cell phone, public wi-fi, etc). It only takes a moment to open up a new gmail or whatever account, and it can always be changed to a different one (ie: his main email) after the fact.
