If you do produce it, you shouldn't make a profit off it otherwise its illegal. See if you can contact emerson to get use of their patent


A nice alt is thumbstuds positioned in the right area like the V&D (vallaton diskin) dual action.

It IS a bottle opener but Its also a pocket hook, LOL I totally forgot Emerson had the wave! I was more worried about my beer, I love it to much to get rid of.

Emerson's "wave" looks different, does it mater?

Still not sure what the handles are gonna be yet...I got a few options here rite now
though, (ill get pics)...I think I need titanium

Update!

Here's what I got for handle material orange G10 and some stuff called Black Cherry fantasy marble

I also emailed Emerson Knives about using there "wave"... here's what the wrote back...

Dear Chris,

Unfortunately any hook like projection on the blade is in violation of our patent. Our feature also works as a bottle opener. Please do not use that feature on your knife designs.
