My Give Away Knife Contest!

As some of you may know...I had to sell a bulk of my Busse collection to raise some funds because of a family emergency. I was very touched by the generosity and genuine concern you guys all showed.

This inspired me to get off my butt to finish off this Busse Apprentice Blank that I had sitting around half done for the longest time.

I believe this knife is made of 5160. I reground it with a zero convex edge. Polished the edge and used it to make a fuzz stick out of a strand of hair. Redrilled the handle tang for a additional third rivet hole. Finished it off with some MAG thickness linen micarta handles.

Here are the Contest Rules.

Guess a number between 1 and 5,000. The person who picks the number closests to my designated number wins the knife. All I ask is that the winner cover the shipping costs.

You must be a paying BF member to participate. The only exceptions are to the registered users who purchased a knife in my liquidation thread. This contest will end Saturday March 29, 2008
