I have that same estwing hatchet haha

cool:) i think its a good little hatchet for a cheap prize.
its a little heavy for its size, but its very solid and easy to get sharp with its thin blade.
its a nice camping hatchet:)

Very nice collection. Where did you find those Mustads? A Mustad is on my procurement list.

thanks:)
i found the 3 mustads in my grandparents garage when i took over their house. they have a very hard steel in their edge. they are great axes, i like them very much :D

I have an urge to take steel wool and rust remover to that little one.

hehe:)
its actualy not rusty, its more like a dark, thick patina thing. not forging scale.
i have thought about making it more clean/shiny but i kind of like it looking a little old :D

Nice growing axe collection you've got going on. I've got that Arvika 5-Star Axe myself. Stay safe and Enjoy!

thank you:)
the arvika axe is great!
i had to give it a little thinner edge because it was very thick when new. but afer that, its the best axe i have ever used. i think its weight and size is just perfect:D

Oh yes I see now that you're in Norway, the home of the Mustad. They are not so easy to come by here. I have some friends in Stavanger so next time I visit I will hit some garage sales or flea markets (if you have such things in Norway).

we do have some flea markets and garage sales here but not so many:( most of them are in the spring (april/mai) after people have their "sping clean up" i dont know if mustads are usual here or not, but its worth a try:)
good luck on your hunt;)

lovely collection. I have a little mustad like yours and it is my baby, like it better than the GB mini. I also have a scout or wilderness sized mustad sitting around to get the handle refitted.

I really like the middle Mustad, kind of a carpenter's / carving hatchet.

All my mom's grand parents came from Norway and it is nice to have part of "The Old Country"

Thanks for posting.
