Made last year when he was a JS..
details..
This tomahawk has a 9" head (from tip to edge) of edge-quenched and acid etched 5160 HC steel with a wolf's paw carved into either side of the blade. The shaft is about 22" long total and made of A-grade Curly Maple wood with staggered brass studs, a top cap of stabilized Buffalo horn and a stag crown bottom with a black spacer. The knife comes with a fringed leather canoe sheath with adjustable straps and brass hardware to match the hawk.
my bad pics...almost impossible to capture the beauty of this fine hawk..
