My HEST doesn't have an SN?

It appears that some of them did (just the early runs maybe?). The SN'd ones I have seen all had their SN on the right side of the blade. Yet my blade (which has, yes, been stripped, but all my other engraving shows clearly) has no serial number.
Any ideas?

Yours obviously was not one of the first LE runs. Same knife just no serial number

Thanks RAT. I only bought this HEST a month ago, so that makes sense.
I trust that as long as your name is behind it, it's a semi-decent knife...
