I seem to like the bigger HI offerings. Of the 5 HI blades I own the shortest is 19.5"
Here is my collection of HI Swords and Khukuris. Clockwise from left in 1st picture:
25” Villager Chitlangi, 27” Himalayan sword, 22” Villager Chitlangi, 28” Villager Falcata,
and in the center a 19.5” Himalayan Sword. For scale a Glock 22 .40 cal is included.

It's nice to know I have a back up set of blades in case the zombies get out of hand.

Very nice photography... can see SoS, markings well.

Helps to see some of these larger things NOT next to reg. size khukuris- the two Himalayan swords, for example.

25" khuks are sweet. I was using a 25" Gelbu Special the other day to destructive-test a new type of hurricane panel.

16mm poly-something.

One whack went through it.

We went with aluminum panels...

Very nice Ted! How is the Villager Falcata different than the standard offering though? Does it have a satin finish?

Thanks for sharing.

Yes, it has a satin finish and the carvings on the scabbard are bare instead of having a glossy rouge on them. If you look for my post "Villager Falcata and Himalayan sword" there are some pics and if you follow the link there to my website I have some more pix there.

Nice pictures, thank you

In firearms there was often a collection pattern a guy naturally took. Started out on centerfire rifle, he might go handgun, muzzleloader, then bow. Or he might go strictly shotgun.

I've noticed knife loons go sword. Even Rusty finally got sword happy. Imagine that miscreant dwarf with a sword 3/4 his height.
I got a kick out of watching all this. By god, Something moves in my Hallway in the NIGHT, and THREATENS my children, is getting a taste of steel.

"Mr. munk, we understand you own a substantial weapons cache, what some call an arsenal; what made you kill the trespasser with that Tarwar?

"First off, I didn't 'kill him'; I prevented a felon from murdering my family by stopping him before he stopped us. He was armed and raving mad. I grabbed an available tool and used it to best effect."

"But Mr. munk, you nearly severed the man's head; his family is filing a civil rights and wrongful death complaint against you"

"The assailant has a criminal history of rape and forced entry. The means of stopping him from hurting others is not important."

Let's see, I could shoot him with a .41, better not be handloads or I'm a mad dog anxious to maim, I could use a rifle or shotgun, and if the former was a lever and not semi auto it would probably look better. Too bad Winchester quit. If I defended my family with a screw driver I might be OK.
I'd have to prove the Cell Phone did not resolve the attack.

I think there might be a PR problem lopping off a head with a Tarwar, but I don't want to discourage anyone from getting one. I'm finally on the edge of sword fever myself, just about to take the plunge. Damn Zombies; bring them on. And when De Revolution comes, we can use the Tarwars and like to remove the heads of state of bureacracy.
Just kidding.
really
there are no zombies....there are just tax payers...walmart citizens....
