OK, it's here - the beast! I seriously like this knife. I've never had a 'fatty' before and didn't think I would like it. I was so wrong!

Trouble is, now I really need an FMB-LE and HO(G)FSH for the heavier blades!!!

The handle is really the business - fits like a glove. It might have been made just for me, seriously!

On with the show...

First up - what's in the box??? The Cultie wants to know...

Nearly there - and the ASH-1 LE has joined in the fun...

And it's lucky #13 again - and a great new edge-testing device, the S.S.S.S. ...

Finally, we have it! my name on a Busse, and what a beauty it is...

A Sexy Trio...

And some obligatory spine shots - look at that beast...

My wife says the knife is chocolate coloured, so she likes it!

Great set of pics, thanks for sharing:cool:

Let the hunt for the HOGFSH and/or FBMLE begin:D

Great score, can't go wrong with the hog ash!

It's the only ASH1 I ended up keeping, as I just can't resist a overweight infi!

can one of you speed me up on these blades? When were they released? How did you all get tehm engraved? How do I get one?

OH Man!!!! being deployed can suck sometimes....... those blades look sweet!!!!!

How long have you been back? (Thank you for your service, BTW.) These were, I believe, available for order all the way up until the ASH-1 was taken down about a month+ ago. We also had to become a HOG (if not already) through a fairly easy induction process offered online for the first time, and order an LE and a CG (or 2 LE's) to qualify for the HOGASH, which is a CG thick special version, in a combo not otherwise available.

foxyrick, congrats on your HOGASH, ya British porker!! :D

shoot, I could've got one of those! I just didn't know about 'em, oh well, I've been back for about 5 months now and am in a non deploying unit for a couple years now, which is a nice break, no more missing out on INFI for this guy!!!!
and thank you for the thank you:thumbup:
