Some things I like about this: The pivot looks neat. The antler appears to have a nice finish. When closed, the profile is appealing, with the pointy blade well set into the pointy antler tip. The tang and ring are well executed. Unlike #1 it does not look as if it wants to cut your hand badly...
Some things that bend my eye about it: It looks like it would just squirt right out of the hand in use. Nothing about the butt of that handle looks easy to hang onto. I think the blade itself overpowers the handle... it's just a bit massive. The tang ring also seems too massive for the overall knife... made a bit smaller of a circle, out of somewhat thinner round stock, I think it would look quite nice.
Make more and show us! I think this is a real improvement over #1. And remember, this is just my opinion!
