its a simple task that requires nothing more than a dremel and a can ( i used a mighty-dog can because i like the blue ). so far the can part hasn't rusted as some said it would and its held up ok. i dont use this knife every day but i have carried it and waved it plenty of times

Lol! The new ghetto wave, even ghetto-er than the zip-tie:D That' s a really cool idea dude!
How does it hold on there? Is it secure?

I've seen all manner of "wave" mods on knives, but yours appears to be a new and real innovation. Great job!

Great job... Adapt and overcome.

thanks guys, its super easy and it will work on any knife with removable thumb studs

skywalker its on there solid

Cool! With the source material coming from Mighty Dog you should call this your Mighty Wave!

But the sheet metal from a can seems like it would be way sharp. I like the wave feature but I must admit even the regular ones take a toll on my pants pocket--how's this one for wear on the pocket?

its fine I sanded the edges a little so they aren't super sharp but they also aren't exactly dull either
