Hi guys. Here is my address if anyone wants it. Sounds like I'll be here until the end of July. Doing good. I had a couple forum members call me yesterday and really enjoyed talking to them.

i tried to call but went to voice mail all 3 times
watch out for that food... i have been in 5 diffrent va hosp
and none had good food
well .... the one in DC had great vegetable soup!
you do your therapy and get better now!
glad you can be in a va ...
now it is time your country served YOU !
and you dont have to tip either!

Hi Dave. I did get your voicemail and I will call you! Been real busy the last couple days. Tomorrow at 10:00 a.m. I get to escape to my brothers house here in Denver for the day. My kids are coming up for Father's Day so real excited about that.

Not sure of the back story, but I hope you heal quickly brother! Definitely watch out for the food! The food at Audie Murphy is horrible, can't imagine it's much better in other VA hospitals....BAMC, on the other hand, has the best hospital food I've ever had!

Actually the food has been pretty good here. I must be real hungry!!:eek:

My wife has been by my side since this happened other than 1 day at home. She will be going home for a few days and my mother will be here. Awesome support from my girls!:)
