I have a small Sebenza 21, a
benchmade 940-1 and a Spyderco Native 5.
the Benchmade is in s90v and reverse tanto, nice blade axis lock is really to open and close but
it suffers greatly from blade wobble after some use and needs adjusting frequently. The Spyderco is s35vn, great blade and built like a tank, something about it just speaks to me, however it is not easy to open or close and whatever they call that grip on the blade takes away a good half an inch of cutting service. My beautiful Sebenza is also a Tanto, easy to open
semi easy to close, sharper than any knife I ever owned out of the box, it is the first knife I pick up every day for EDC and by far my favorite. worth every penny.

I have 3 benchmades, 1 min grip, 1 regular grip and a limited edition grip) and all three suffer from blade play when in use. Needs adjustments of the pivots now and again which greatly differs from the sabenza. However I do love the benchmade design, blade etc etc, and IMO is reasonably priced. On the other hand, sabenza for me is a high value folder, simply because I use it practically everyday since I got it.

Ahhhh VALUE , that's the right word, high priced , yes worth every penny? If the answer is yes, you have value. If the price on a knife is low, and you're dis satisfied, then you have no VALUE....
