Howdy folks,

Some of you may remember awhile back I asked some questions about Jungle Honey's, and their handle configurations. Well, I decided to make one using rayskin under the cord wrap, and did so last month. Recently, richard j reminded me that I hadn't yet posted it here, so, here it is. I'm going to take some pictures showing the whole thing, and will be posting them later.

Steel: stock removal O1, chisel ground (never again!)

Blade length: 16"

Total length: 32"

Blade thickness: 3/16"

Handle material: black paracord over black stingray

Thanks for looking!

I know it's hard to get the whole sword into one photo, but I would sure like for you to try.

It looks fantastic.

you should do a little youtube gig chopping and slicing stuff with that mother.
Not a real practical knife, but one of my favourite patterns ever!
I'll bet the handle covering is bomb proof.

YES -- This one looks great Phillip.

Can't wait to see the whole thing...

its one sweet looking piece. i wish phillip was a little closer so i could check it out better. i have seen quite a few of his knives when he stopped by a few years ago. if you think his knives look good in pictures you should actually see them in person.

 Just wicked.... Is the top edge sharpened? Kinda like a modern interpretation of a Burmese / Siamese / Thai sword or "Dha".

Trying to imagine how it would feel in the hand...
