My intro to Busse Cutlery

Been lurking here for some time, saw the amazing resale value and overwhelming praise, decided to pick up a few pieces.







Hope I end up liking them! I'm quite fond of the one with the purple handle just because it's quite different for a "combat" piece haha.
 
Top looks like a SAR4 SE with Black & Tan G-10 and an Armoral leather sheath, middle looks like a BAD with Red & Black G-10 and a homemade leather sheath and finally a Heavy Duty with Tan Micarta and a Mashed Cat kydex sheath.

Correct on all accounts!

I might have to replace the Heavy Duty's sheath because it's marring the micarta. Not that serious Busse collectors would care, it's sort of a structure thing for me.
 
Busse knives are beautiful to look at and beautiful to use.

Gratz. Nice choices in blades. Although-I'm not a fan of purple scales on any knife.

Thank you for the complements guys. I don't exactly cut cinder blocks with my knives, but they will get some carry time out and about town for sure. I don't know how I'll manage with the SAR-4 but thats the first thing I'm gonna try :D

:cool: I prefer leather myself. The BAD and HD are 2 of my favorite all time users. :thumbup:

Purple slabs on a blade will cut just as deep as black paper on the same blade....... NO REGRETS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
