my izula is on it's way!

i'm eagerly awaiting my first izula- actually my first fixed blade ever, and i'm an old fart so that's saying something. i'm already out in the shop working on a set of handle scales- can anyone tell me the width of the izula handle?

i'm just heading out to woodcraft to see if they have some desert ironwood and wanted to know app. dimensions. i'm as giddy as a little kid at christmas

Congrats, be sure to post pics if you make ironwood scales. That sounds nice.

Somebody here on the forum posted a sweet looking leather pocket sheath for the Izula...I am tempted!
