My Izula's stubby tail!

I just got an Izula last Saturday. It's a great little knife but I found the handle length to be almost too short. I immediately did a paracord wrap and, when deciding what to do with the leftover cord, came up with this...

Those stupid little knots at the end made a big difference on how stable the knife felt in my big mitts. I originally had four knots on the end but realized that I only really needed two to give me extra grip. The knots are perfect for wrapping my pinky finger around. Unfortunately, I was in such a hurry to get my Izula wrapped that I forgot to get the serial number from the handle. Has anyone else made a grip assisting lanyard for their Izula?

I think that is a great idea, I will do the same once I get my paracord. You did a great job with the wrap.

I added a little tail as well. I also double wrapped near the index groove, to make it a bit thicker for gripping.

I think my hands are smaller than some. I can get a great 4 finger grip on the Izula without a lanyard or any type of tail. I tied my knot inside of the circle at the end

Thanks for the feedback. Most of the wraps I tried (including the style printed on the Izula instruction sheet) gave the knife a "presentation" side and a not-so-"presentation"side. I was happy to come up with a wrap style that looked virtually the same on both sides of the knife...

As you can see, I originally had a wrist loop lanyard at the end but I decided the knife didn't need it. Plus, I can EDC it much better w/o a long lanyard.
