I received today the Knife made by Jack (Guldan) especialy for me
It's a monster of 5mm thick D2 and G10, Weight 267 g
Chisel profil (generaly i dislike that type of grind but on that knife that is not a probleme at all)
Jack Style grind as i like, with the point it seem to be possible de drill a wall or an armor . Handle in textured G10. There is a geométrical aspect in the work, but really confortable and it fit really good in hand;

The test of the day.
Carton Box, the point is a little thick but enter in the material without worry. The cut is with the central grind a little short for that use. But that is functionnal.
Sausage test
Central grind is perfect for the sausage. A real pleasure.
Les rillettes du mans ( i don't know how to translate)
That knife on the table near the plate give a barbarian style, but that is not a problem for me .
That is perfet to spread out the Rillettes :). That is the happiness with the grind of the tip slighly rounded.
Pizza
The edge of the tip is good to cut the pizza paste a little too cooked. That is a little heavy table knife, and my wife see me with strange eyes. But it's fun :).

bastain of pine
Hitting the wood that the knife is easy, no vibration, no mark on the edge... GReat. And that is tooo fun to hit the wood to put away big wood piece.
The chisel profil make me think to a wood tool as "chisel" or plane. I try to work a little wood piece slightly and the 2 type of grind give various result. I think i could use the knife to work wood handle :).
to be clar, i'm happy of that knife. I'm hesitating to make a kydex sheath because in france i can't carry a fixed blade like that one. But in the house that is cool.

Thank you Jack :).
