I've been using my Kephart quite a bit in the kitchen and the edge got to a point where stropping alone was going to take too long to get it back to the level of sharpness I like. I gave it about 5 minutes on the mousepad with 2000 grit and finished it off with about the same amount of time on the strop (rough side of an old belt). I now have a large bald spot on my left thigh. Call it "air bleeding" or "hair whittling" or whatever term you prefer, it is SHARP!
I was curious how you guys in JK land maintain your blades. Do you convex with sandpaper? Diamond hone? Ceramics?
