My Junglas needs companion

I’ve just sprung for a Junglas. I need some input for a suitable ESEE camp companion, something to do the camp chores the 'Big Chopper' isn't up for, as in cutting vegetables, carving spoons and etc.
I have a RAT 3 and have an EsKabar (BK14) coming. I find the grip on the 3 just about too small. If I am buying golf gloves, my size is cadet XL, i.e. short fat fingers.
Do the ESEE 3 and ESEE 4 have the same (size) grip?
The ESEE 4 and ESEE 5 seem so different in heft.
And the ESEE 6 begins to approach limit (for me) in a finely controllable blade.
Based on your experiences, what do you think?

I'd say you already have the big (junglas) and small (bk14) for the finer tasks id say an esee 4 with tkc handles.

I find the 4 to be the perfect medium between my izula's and Junglas. I got the 4 first, and though it was huge... but now its just perfect!

I dont plan on any other knife models besides the 3 folder that comes.

But yeah... +1 on a 4, plenty of knife there.

i think the 4 would be the best bet. if you find the handle still a little small, look into the custom handles by Dale at TKC...they fill the hand a little more...

I'd say go with the 4. Since you have a BK-14 on the way to handle the day to day needs and really detailed outdoor tasks, the 4 would fall right into place as a perfect companion to your Junglas. The handle has a some more meat on it also since the blade thickness is 3/16" instead of 1/8". I wear a cadet large glove so my hands are pretty close to the same as yours.

Thanks Guys. Looking at the arrayed knives in th ESEE 2011 catalog, The No.4's blade with the G10 grips from TKC looks like the plan:thumbup:

I didn't feel like taking the camera out but here are some quickes from my cellphone. I have average sized hands with longer than average fingers.

This grip is fine:

Choking up on the blade is fine:

Although I do not like a choil on a knife this small, it can be used (I think this choil is a little too small though and the edge has poked my finger before):

I find it to be a little uncomfortable in this grip because the pommel digs into the knife of my hand.

I've had the 4 for over a year now and it's been a very reliable blade. I would like to see the choil removed and that extra space used to extend the handle slightly.
