I stonewashed the blade and acid etched then stonewashed the liners and pocket clip. Took my dremel to the clip and also made a nice choil. This'll get more pocket time now. Just need to find a way to get it tip up...

Not loving the Dremel work, but the etch and stonewash is sweet. Doubt that you care what I think, though...

I like it. Much more ambitious than anything I'm willing to take on these days, but looks good and functional.

I'd be curious to see a close-up of the cut for the choil where the brazing between steels is; I was staring at my leek earlier today wondering what the real guts look like.

Yeah it is!

I usually hate choils with an unending burning passion of loathing. But visually that looks really really good. Way better looking than factory even if I still think they're useless :D (for me)

I'd only suggest blending the choil you made with the curve of the flipper a bit more, and maybe cleaning up the edges slightly to finish it up, great job though!

Yeah I should clean it up a bit more. As for the choil/flipper, I left it the way it is because I like how it looks. It's actually pretty ergonomic how it is.

Thanks for the feedback guys.

Really, REALLY like that pocket clip now. Turned something terrible into something awesome
