Is not here yet! :grumpy:

I couldn't make it to Blade so one of my good friends from here on the board went to Blade on a mission to bring me back a K-tusk.

He was successful and I should have it in hand tomorrow!

I will be posting pics and my general impressions when I get it. Maybe some comparison shots with some of my other edc's.

Stand by....

Got it! Beadblast/G10 A really good looking combo.

I had it three hours and I already cut myself. :grumpy:

Feels great in the hand. Shaving sharp. Well fitting kydex sheath.

I put a clip that I have from a different sheath on this one and wore it IWB. Took the kids to the doctor and then out to eat. Very comfortable. Used it to cut a straw shorter for one of the kids. It feels like a lot of blade for such a small overall lenght.

I'm loving it and I'm sure it won't be my last K-Tusk! I'll post some pics later.

Nice work Dan!

Two Quick shots. running out of steam here today...

My own.....my precious...

I EDC fixed blades. Here are a few that are in the rotation. Figured I'd throw this up for size comparison and such. The K-TUSK will jump right in to the mix. I'll have it on my belt tomorrow for sure.

It is a real nice shape.

I've already cut a considerable number of boxes down with it and it is very comforable to use. Plus it is ground nice and thin at the edge so it cuts with no drag....just a nice blade all around.

Awesome! I'm glad it arrived and you like it.

I didn't get as much time to wander around the floor as I hoped but it was a pleasure to look at some of Daniel Koster's work!

Cool. Those things fit the palm really well. I likem.

I plan to couple this with a bigger chopper for when I camp. Maybe a Steel Heart E. I think the two would make a great combo. Or maybe paired with an axe like the Hunters axe from GB.

Now I need to look into one of the Tanto K-Tusks...:D

Big chopper?

I think that Dan's work would fit great with a HI Khukuri. He made a kydex sheath for my 15" BAS and it is simply great.

That GB axe is a fine choice too though.

A khukuri addiction. I have no idea what you're talking about...:foot: ;)

See? Cybrok gets it. :D

But back on track. This one was with me all day today and yesterday. The handle, which I loved right away, gets more comfortable the more I use it. I guess it's just me getting used to it.

I've used it to cut pizza for the kids and a steak for me today. I also used it to cut some limes and some stray strings. Then I used it to trim some rough spots of an old walking stick and to shave some hair to show how sharp it is. ;)

Still sharp. Still on my belt.

Very happy with this one.

EDIT TO ADD. I cut up some beer cans with this one as well. Why? Cause they were eyeballing me....why else?

Which one's yours?

(having memory lapse)

Ok. Got it.

I just did a batch of K4s....thought it was in there. Next batch.
