my KA-BAR handle doesnt looks worn

You're Ka-Bar doesn't look worn and you're trying to make it look so? Use it some more. Though truth be told I wouldn't imagine it would look much different. It's not like you're spinning it around your hand and trying to wear down the leather washers, in fact doing so while doing cutting chores would make a massive hot spot. If It's comfortable leave it as is.
