My Keychain Companion has gained some weight.

I couldn't resist & had to dress it up by putting some Natural Micarta scales on it.
Luckily I had some scrap 3/8 & 1/4" copper tubing on hand.

The knife got fatter,but the pants got smaller.Hmmmm.
To make the more robust KC fit the sheath I heated the opening with my zippo,flared it some & shoved the KC in,then reheated it & squeezed the sides together.
Then I took it to the belt sander & trimmed some fat off.
The scallops really help to get a good grip on the sheath when pulling the KC out as it takes a good pull to free it.
Still great retention,with a slimmer more youthful look.(unlike my keychain full of junk..or me for that matter.);) :D

Nice job - I like the copper liners in the holes.

It will get interesting when the copper starts to patina and turn greenish.

Looks good, reminds me of one I did for protourist.

Yeah, this little guy.:thumbup: It always hangs out with it's best friend the EWOK.
