This one is going into the auction for the ABS Banquet (Friday night) this year at Blade...
"Sugar Run" Clip Point Hunter
This knife is a bit longer & narrower version of my Clip Point Hunter. The blade above is 5" of edge-quenched and antiqued/mustard finished 1084 high carbon steel. The guard and pin are stainless steel. The handle is blue-jean mycarta (mycarta made by L.R. "Butch" Harner) with a blue spacer behind the guard. The tooled leather pouch sheath has a blue-jean inlay to match the handle. The overall length of this piece is 9 3/4".
Butch was also nice enough to donate a good size block of this handle material for the auction. I like Butch's stuff but, I think this is one of my favorites.
