I present to you my "Heracles" model,
This knife won the best "utility knife" prize at the first Custom
Knifemaking show of the Quebec Art knifemakers Guild in May, 2004.

Overall length: 12,5 inches
Steel: 440c Stainless steel, Hollow grind
Bolster: 416 Stainless steel
Handle: Moose Antler
Sheath: Vegetal tanned leather and Eel leather inlay

Again, its very nice clean work from you. The lines and balance in the profile look excellent and you make extraordinary sheaths too ! My only quibble is I'd like to have seen a tapered tang. It would make this great knife look and ? feel even greater. Jason.

Jason, some time I make tapered tang, but not on all my knives,
I dont always like tapered tang... On some big knifes, I prefer the full
tang thickness (my tatse)... But I offer tapered tang for the customers
who want it...

In this case, even without tapered tang, the balance is well distributed
just on the index finger ! (Thanks to several holes in the tang)

This is one good-looking knife!

The "notch" at the top of your bolster nicely extends the line of the spine.

And the recurve combined with that sexy upswing of the tip really gives this a fluid look.

BTW-Great job on your website! Anyone would do well to have you design a site for them. I've represented high-end graphic design firms for over 20 years and know of what I speak.
